    For project based work, we will first fully understand & scope your needs, before providing a clear brief and expected delivery timeline.

    Cleaner reporting, weekly operating rhythm, a forecast you can trust, and a clear cash-improvement roadmap. You will be better informed, more in control, but also more accountable for your results. 

  • Do you replace our team?

    No. We augment and upskill your finance/ops teams, leaving playbooks and automations your team can run.

  • How is pricing structured?

    For ongoing work, a monthly retainer typically works best, agreed upfront based on required scope. Most clients achieve best results with clear milestones and a time commitment of 1-3 days / week. Project or fixed term engagements are typically structured around a day rate. 

  • Can you help with fundraising or board reporting?

    Yes, absolutely. Pack creation, KPI definitions, and investor/board cadence including templates and rehearsal.
